Nucs and Queens

Cool Creek Apiaries sells nucleus colonies ("nucs") and queen bees.

We select our breeding stock based on:

  • Longevity✔
  • Gentleness✔
  • Honey production✔

Standard 4 frame Nucs are available to purchase from mid-May to mid-July.

Queens are available from mid-June to late August.

Pick up is at the farm in Mt. Pleasant (Brant County, South of Brantford).
